摘要
通过分析某机型钛合金异形零件的加工方案以及该工艺在实际加工过程中影响加工效率的问题,提出新的加工方案。引入钛合金高速铣削技术对零件进行粗加工,通过分析零件结构特点规划加工区域的铣削顺序,对零件进行精加工,有效避免了零件在加工过程中发生变形。工艺优化后零件加工效率提高了40%,该工艺优化分析可为后续加工类似钛合金零件提供经验。
By analyzing the machining scheme of a special titanium alloy part,the problems in the machining efficiency and actual machining process are presented,and a new processing scheme is proposed on the basis.High speed milling technology of titanium alloy is introduced to rough machining of this part.By analyzing the structural characteristics of the part and planning the milling sequence of the machining area,the part is finished,the deformation of part in the process of machining is effectively avoided.The processing efficiency of this part is increased by 40%through the process optimization.This method can be used as a reference for similar titanium alloy parts.
