中国能源强度的区域收敛性、空间差异与驱动因素

Regional Convergence,Spatial Differences and Driving Factors of China's Energy Intensity

选取我国1986-2018年30个省市的面板数据,对中国能源强度的区域特征、空间收敛差异及驱动因素进行研究,结果显示:我国能源强度表现出显著的区域差异性,具体表现为沿东部、中部、西部递增的特点;东部地区省际能源强度在1996年以后表现为绝对收敛特征,中部地区省际能源强度在2000年以后存在绝对收敛特征,而西部地区省际能源强度在整个样本期间内都不存在收敛性证据,意味着较发达区域率先通过调整产业结构和采用新技术等方法实现了稳定状态;三大区域间能源强度在样本期间内也不存在收敛特征;影响因素分析显示,技术进步、第三产业增加值占比、经济发展水平、FDI、城镇化率是能源强度主要驱动因素。

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 1986 to 2018,this paper studies the regional characteristics,spatial convergence differences and driving factors of China's energy intensity.The results show that China's energy intensity shows significant regional differences,specifically along the eastern,central and Western increasing characteristics.The results show that the inter-provincial energy intensity in the eastern region shows absolute convergence after 1996,and that in the central region shows absolute convergence after 2000.However,there is no evidence of convergence in the western region during the whole sample period,which means that the more developed regions are the first to achieve a stable state by adjusting the industrial structure and adopting new technologies.There is no convergence characteristic of energy intensity among the three regions during the sample period.The analysis of influencing factors shows that technological progress,the proportion of benefit of the tertiary industry,the level of economic development,FDI and urbanization arethe main driving forces for the energy intensity.
