政府补助对公司创新绩效影响的实证研究

Empirical Research on the Impact of Government Subsidies on Enterprise Innovation Performance

创新对国家建设现代化经济体系和企业打造核心竞争力起着重要作用,打造创新型企业是建设创新型国家的关键一环,为此政府制定了补助政策。政府补助对创新的影响受到了学界广泛关注。基于市场失灵、产业政策和创新理论以及概念界定,提出研究假设,实证分析得出结果,进一步分析企业外资占比、企业地理位置、企业认定类型在政府补助与企业创新绩效间的调节作用。研究发现,政府补助显著提高了企业创新绩效,且政府补助更能促进内资、中东部和高新技术企业的实质性创新绩效。根据实证分析结论,提出细化受助企业筛选标准完善受助企业筛选机制、坚持市场和企业主导原则、为不同类型企业创造公平良好环境等政府补助政策完善建议。

Innovation plays an important role in the construction of a modern economic system and the core competitiveness of enterprises.To build an innovative enterprise is the key to build an innovative country.The impact of government subsidies on innovation has been widely concerned by academic circles.On the basis of market failure,industrial policy and innovation theory and concept definition,the paper puts forward research hypothesis and empirical analysis results,further analysis of the proportion of foreign capital,corporate location,corporate identity type in the government subsidies and corporate innovation performance of the moderating role.The results show that government subsidies significantly improve the innovation performance of enterprises,and government subsidies are more effective in promoting the substantive innovation performance of domestic-funded,middle-eastern and high-tech enterprises.According to the conclusion of the empirical analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the government subsidy policy,such as refining the screening standard of the recipient enterprises,perfecting the screening mechanism of the recipient enterprises,insisting on the principle of market and enterprise leading,and creating a fair and good environment for different types of enterprises.
