摘要 传统的部队训练效果裁评过程人工参与度较高,为解决其客观性差、时效性低等问题,以装备在线数据为基础构建电子对抗自动裁决系统。系统通过训练信息预先录入、装备数据在线采集、裁决规则差异化定制、裁决方案自动生成、裁决模型计算分析和作战态势及效能展示六个处理环节,实现电子对抗交战过程与对抗结果的精准、即时、可靠裁决以及战场信息的可视化显示,有效支撑电子对抗部队体系化训练和部队作战能力评估,系统后期也具有良好的可扩展性与可维护性。 The degree of manual participation of traditional military training effect evaluation process is high.In order to solve the problems of poor objectivity and low timeliness,an electronic warfare automatic decision system is constructed based on equipment online data.Six processing links,including pre-input of training information,online collection of equipment data,differentiated customization of decision rules,automatic generation of decision plan,calculation and analysis of decision model and situation display are included in this system.The accuracy,real-time and reliable decision of the electronic warfare process and results are realized,as well as the visual display of battlefield information.The systematic training of electronic warfare forces and the evaluation of force combat capability are effectively supported.The scalability and maintainability of the system are also good in the later stage.
