全球韧性城市规划的目标特征研究

Goal Characteristics of Global Resilient City Planning

增强城市韧性是城市转型和新型城市建设的重要方向,韧性城市建设是城市可持续发展的创新模式之一,研究国外先进韧性城市规划目标理念对我国建设韧性城市具有重要的借鉴意义。以洛克菲勒基金会启动的全球100韧性城市项目为例,对其城市规划的目标体系进行系统概述,梳理韧性城市的战略目标及其具体目标,得出全球韧性城市规划的目标具有多样性、导向性以及地域性等特征,在此基础上提出未来我国韧性城市规划目标建设的重点与难点,以推动韧性城市规划的进一步发展。

Enhancing urban resilience is an important way for urban transformation and new city construction,and resilient city construction is one of the innovative models for sustainable urban development.Researches on foreign advanced resilient city planning goal is of great significance for the construction of resilient cities in China.Taking the Global 100 Resilient Cities(100RC)Project initiated by Rockefeller Foundation as an example,a systematic overview of the target system of resilient city planning for 100RC members is conducted,the strategic pillars and goals of resilient cities are sorted out,and it s concluded that the characteristic of goals of global resilient city planning is diversity,orientation and locality,et al.On this basis,the future plan of resilient city planning target construction in China are proposed to promote the further development of resilient city planning.
