Top-level Design of Smart Commerce Based on Big Data

大数据作为生产要素之一,其发掘与利用日趋重要。研究了一套以大数据技术体系为支撑、运用智慧商务顶层设计的方法和理论,通过搭建商务大数据平台,借助大数据处理与管控工具,结合商务大数据深度挖掘和分析模型,实现对数据全生命周期的管理,利用多渠道、动态、直观可视化的展示方式对数据进行生动展现,已成功应用于智慧商务顶层设计中。实践证明,在支撑政府履职、提升资源利用率、增强政府监管及服务能力等方面发挥了重要作用。

Since the provincial department of commerce lacks the top-level design and overall planning,the comprehensive integration and integrated operation of commercial information resources is effected,and there is insufficient information sharing.Supported by the big data technology system,the method and theory using smart commerce top-level design is studied.By building commercial big data platform and using big data processing and control tools,the management of the whole life cycle of data can be realized combined with the deep mining and analysis model of commercial big data,and the data can be vividly presented in a multi-channel,dynamic,intuitive and visual manner.At present,this method has been successfully applied in the top-level design of smart commerce.It is proved that it plays an important role in supporting the government's performance of duties,improving the utilization rate of resources,and enhancing the government supervision and service capabilities.
