Design and application of pre demineralization screen box at the outlet of dense medium cyclone

燕子山选煤厂两产品重介质旋流器出料口无预先脱介设备,末煤车间介耗偏高,为改善脱介效果,根据现场实际情况,设计了预先脱介筛箱。改造结果表明,预先脱介筛箱起到了预先脱介效果,降低了末煤车间介质消耗。

There is no pre demineralization equipment at the outlet of the two product heavy medium cyclone in Yanzishan Coal Preparation Plant,and the medium consumption in the final coal workshop is high.In order to improve the demineralization effect,a pre demineralization screen box is designed according to the actual situation on site.The transformation results show that the pre demineralization screen box plays a pre demineralization effect and reduces the medium consumption in the end coal workshop.
