分析了山东能源临矿集团煤质管理系统信息化现状及存在问题,定向开发建设了集团煤质管理信息系统,主要包括煤质管控系统、数字化实验室系统、产销协同管控系统,实现了从煤炭开采到洗选加工、储装运销全流程煤质数据的在线采集、分析、共享,满足了企业集团化、多层级、多部门管理的需要,取得了良好的应用效果。

This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of coal quality management information system of Shandong Energy Linyi Mining Group,develops and constructs the coal quality management information system of the Group,it mainly includes coal quality control system,digital laboratory system,production and Marketing Coordination Control System,which realizes the on-line collection,analysis and sharing of coal quality data from coal mining to washing,processing,storage,loading and marketing,it meets the needs of enterprise group,multi-level and multi-department management,and obtains good application effect.
