摘要
目的探讨基于共同养育理论的护理干预对初产妇母乳喂养的应用效果。方法选择2021年3月至9月在山西省某三甲医院产科门诊建档的87名初产妇及其家庭成员87名作为研究对象,预产期在2021年5月至6月的45名初产妇及其45名家庭成员为对照组,预产期在2021年8月至9月的42名初产妇及其42名家庭成员为试验组。对照组实施常规的母乳喂养健康教育,试验组在对照组的基础上实施基于共同养育理论的护理干预方案。对比两组初产妇母乳喂养的依从性、母乳喂养家庭支持水平、婴儿喂养态度、母乳喂养知识及家庭成员的母乳喂养知识。结果在产后3天、产后6周、产后3个月,试验组初产妇的母乳喂养依从性、母乳喂养家庭支持得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,在第二次产前讲座后、产后3天、产后3个月试验组初产妇的婴儿喂养态度得分、母乳喂养知识得分及其家庭成员的母乳喂养知识得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于共同养育理论制定的护理干预能够提高初产妇母乳喂养的依从性,改善母乳喂养家庭支持水平,强化婴儿喂养态度,提升初产妇及家庭成员的母乳喂养知识,值得进一步研究。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of a nursing intervention based on the coparenting theoretical framework of on the application of breastfeeding compliance in primiparas.Methods 87 primiparas and 87 of their family members who underwent obstetric outpatient checkups in a tertiary hospital in Shanxi Province from March to September 2021were selected as the study subjects,42 primiparas and 42 of their family members whose due dates were in May-June 2021were the control group,and 45 primiparas and 42 of their family members whose due dates were in August-September 2021were the experimental group.The control group implemented the routine breastfeeding care,and the experimental group implemented an intervention programme based on the theoretical framework of coparenting based on the control group.The two groups were compared on compliance with breastfeeding,level of breastfeeding family support,infant feeding attitudes,breastfeeding knowledge and family members’knowledge of breastfeeding.Results At 3 days postpartum,6 weeks postpartum and 3 months postpartum,the support scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Inaddition,the infant feeding attitude score,breastfeeding knowledge score and breastfeeding knowledge score of their family members were higher in the experimental group of primiparas after the second antenatal lecture,3 days after delivery and 3 months after delivery than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions based on coparenting theoretical framework can improve breastfeeding compliance,improve breastfeeding family support level,strengthen infant feeding attitudes,and enhance breastfeeding knowledge of primiparas and family members,which deserve further research.
