摘要
工程咨询企业组成联合体开展全过程工程咨询项目是行业发展趋势,其中联合体利益分配是实施的难点。综合考虑创新能力、风险承担以及资源投入3个影响因素,采用综合赋权法确定联合体利益分配要素的权重,改进云重心法求取利益分配修正值。构建了基于不对称Nash谈判模型的全过程工程咨询联合体利益分配模型,修正了不对称Nash谈判模型利益分配平均化的缺点,为解决全过程工程咨询联合体利益分配问题提供了一种新方法。
It is a trend for engineering consulting enterprises to form a consortium to carry out the whole process engineering consulting projects,however the benefit distribution of the consortium is the difficulty of implementation.Considering the three influencing factors of innovation capability,risk bearing and resource input comprehensively,the comprehensive weighting method was used to determine the weight of the factors of interest distribution of the consortium,and the modified value of interest distribution was obtained by improving the cloud center of gravity method.Based on the asymmetric Nash negotiation model,the benefit distribution model of the whole process engineering consulting consortium was constructed,and the disadvantage of benefit distribution equalization of the asymmetric Nash negotiation model was corrected.The research result provides a new method for solving the problem of the whole process engineering consulting consortium interest distribution.
