摘要
城市老旧小区绿色化改造对促进城市面貌更新、提升城市人文形象及人居品质至关重要,是实现既有建筑可持续发展的必要手段。将老旧小区绿色化改造综合效益影响因素归纳为技术效益、环境效益、生态效益和社会效益4个方面,用以构建评价指标体系;基于梯形模糊层次分析法(TF-AHP)及云物元理论建立老旧小区绿色化改造综合效益评价模型,利用该模型对A老旧小区绿色化改造项目综合效益进行评价,并验证模型的科学性及实用性。研究结果表明,经评价所得出的结果与A小区改造后实际情况相符。
The green reconstruction of old communities is very important to promote the renewal of the city’s appearance,improve the city’s humanistic image and the quality of human settlements,and is a necessary means to achieve the sustainable development of existing buildings.The factors affecting comprehensive benefit of the green reconstruction of old communities were summarized into four aspects:technical benefit,environment benefit,ecological benefit and social benefit,and they were used to construct an evaluation index system.Based on trapezoidal fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(TF-AHP)and cloud-matter-element theory,a comprehensive benefit evaluation model for the greening reconstruction of old communities was established,and the model was used to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of the green reconstruction project of old community A,and then the scientificity and effectiveness of the model were verified.The results show that the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation after the reconstruction of the old community.
