不同干制方式对新疆野生裂盖马鞍菌多糖含量的影响

Effects of Different Drying Methods on Polysaccharide Content of Wild Helvella leucopus in Xinjiang

裂盖马鞍菌为珍稀野生食用菌,其中含有的多糖具有较高研究价值。本文研究了烘干、自然晒干和自然阴干3种干制方式对新疆野生裂盖马鞍菌多糖含量的影响。结果表明,不同干制处理的裂盖马鞍菌多糖含量差异极显著,具体表现为烘干>晒干>阴干。新疆野生裂盖马鞍菌的最佳干制方式为烘干,能使裂盖马鞍菌多糖得到最大程度的保留。

Helvella leucopus is a rare wild edible fungus,and the polysaccharide contained in it has high research value.This paper studied the effects of drying,sun drying and shade drying on the polysaccharide content of wild H.leucopus in Xinjiang.The results showed that the polysaccharide content of H.leucopus differed significantly among different drying methods,which was drying>sun drying>shade drying.The best drying method of wild H.leucopus in Xinjiang was drying,which could retain the polysaccharide of H.leucopus to the greatest extent.
