清心莲子饮治疗女性常见疾病的研究进展

Research Progress of Qingxin Lianzi Decoction in Treating Common Female Diseases

清心莲子饮出自宋代《太平惠民合剂局方》,是治疗心火偏旺、气阴两虚、湿热下注所致淋浊、血崩、带下等病症的经典名方。该文通过综合分析,梳理了清心莲子饮组方中各药所具有的抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗抑郁、降血压、降血糖、降血脂和增强免疫力等药理作用,以及相关文献中关于近代张琪、李霜诚、刘景源等医家分别将其灵活应用于阴痒、淋证、复发性口疮等女性常见疾病治疗的记载。有关采用清心莲子饮加减方治疗女性常见疾病的现代临床研究,该文也有所涉及。作者以清心莲子饮的化学成分、药理作用、医案记载及临床观察等为出发点,对其应用于女性常见疾病的治疗做一综述,以期为临床治疗提供更多可能。

Qingxin Lianzi Decoction is first recorded in the Beneficial Formulas from the Taiping Imperial Pharmacy(Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang) in the Song Dynasty. It is a classic prescription for the treatment of heart fire, deficiency of both qi and yin, and stranguria with turbid discharge, metrorrhagia, and morbid leucorrhoea caused by dampness-heat pouring down. This paper introduced the pharmacological effects of the Chinese herbal medicines in Qingxin Lianzi Decoction, which include antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-microbial, anti-depression, blood pressure-lowering, blood sugar-lowering, blood lipid-lowering, and immunity-enhancing effects. Furthermore, we summarized the records about the flexible application of Qingxin Lianzi Decoction by Zhang Qi, Li Shuangcheng, Liu Jingyuan and other doctors in modern times to the treatment of common female diseases such as pruritus vulvae, stranguria, and recurrent aphthae. In addition, this paper involved the modern clinical research on the treatment of common female diseases with Qingxin Lianzi Decoction. We reviewed the chemical components, pharmacological effects, medical records, and clinical observations of Qingxin Lianzi Decoction in the treatment of common female diseases, aiming to provide more choices for clinical treatment.
