摘要
为提高重型液力自动变速器换挡电磁阀的油压动态特性,在对重型液力自动变速器换挡液压控制系统回路中的换挡电磁阀工作原理分析的基础上,建立换挡电磁阀数学模型,并基于AMESim搭建换挡电磁阀仿真模型,从电磁阀钢球直径、换挡阀阀芯质量和阻尼孔直径展开换挡电磁阀的油压动态特性的影响仿真分析。采用遗传算法,对影响换挡电磁阀的油压动态特性的参数进行优化,通过仿真结果表明,优化后的换挡电磁阀的油压动态特性得到了改善,验证了所建立换挡电磁阀模型的正确性和此优化设计方法的可行性。
The operating principle of shift solenoid valve are analyzed to improve the dynamic characteristics of pressure in heavyduty automatic transmission,the mathematical model of shift solenoid valve are established,and its simulation model is built by using AMESim software as well.After that the effects of diameter of steel ball of solenoid valve,valve core quality of shift valve and damping hole diameter on the dynamic characteristics of pressure for shift solenoid valve are analyzed through simulation.The parameters that affect the dynamic characteristics of pressure for shift solenoid valve are optimized by genetic algorithm(GA),the simulation results show that the dynamic characteristics of pressure for the shift solenoid valve are greatly improved after optimization,as well as the correctness of the proposed shift solenoid valve model and the feasibility of the optimization design method are verified.
