摘要
动臂制造质量是装载机性能的重要指标,而影响动臂制造质量的最主要因素就是动臂焊接后的铲斗孔端与车架孔端的收缩变形,常用的方法是运用机械液压矫正工装并参照油缸推出量对其进行重复矫正来减小变形量;运用solidworks对动臂进行三维建模并导入sysweld软件对动臂进行有限元分析,得到焊接后的应力图和变形量;建立变形后的三维模型导入ansys workbench建立有限元分析模型,得到矫正过程焊缝处并未产生位移变化量,通过对动臂板矫正后焊缝残余应力分析得知,焊缝处残余应力峰值均未超过材料屈服强度的极限应力值;最后通过实验来测量焊缝处的应力,与仿真分析结果大致相同。从而证明焊后变形机械矫正的可行性,为动臂机械矫正提供了支持。
The manufacturing quality of the boom is an important indicator of the performance of the loader,and the most important factor affecting the manufacturing quality of the boom is the shrinkage deformation of the bucket hole end and the frame hole end of the boom after welding.The common method is to use mechanical hydraulic to correct the tooling and Repeat the correction to reduce the amount of deformation by referring to the amount of cylinders pushed out;use solidworks to three-dimensionally model the boom and import sysweld software to perform finite element analysis on the boom to obtain the welded stress map and deformation;establish the deformed The three-dimensional model was imported into ansys workbench to establish a finite element analysis model.It was obtained that there was no displacement change in the weld at the correction process.Through the analysis of the residual stress of the weld after correction of the boom plate,it was found that the peak of the residual stress at the weld did not exceed the material yield The ultimate stress value of strength;finally,the stress at the weld is measured through experiments,which is the same as the simulation analysis result.This proves the feasibility of mechanical correction of post-weld deformation and provides support for mechanical correction of the boom.
