摘要 根据目前烟草配送中心作业的异型烟分拣需求量增大、分拣效率低下的问题。以某烟草公司为例,项目团队研发了一套安全高效全自动异型烟分拣流水线。设计了基于eM-Plant软件的仿真模型,模拟了订单输入到自动分拣、合单、码垛、裹膜系统的作业流程。实现了全自动异型烟分拣系统的功能并详细论述了系统的特点、原理及关键技术,并依据仿真结果,提出了作业系统流程优化的思路和方案,改进后的系统分拣效率提升15%。通过现场的安装调试,全自动异型烟分拣流水线运行性能良好,完成了对异形烟全自动分拣流水线的要求。 According to the problem that the demand for sorted tobacco sorting currently operating in tobacco distribution centers is increasing and sorting efficiency is low.Taking a tobacco company as an example,the project team developed a safe and efficient fully automatic special-shaped tobacco sorting line.A simulation model based on eM-Plant software is designed to simulate the operation process of order input to automatic sorting,combining,palletizing,and film wrapping systems.The function of the fully automatic special-shaped cigarette sorting system was realized,and the characteristics,principles and key technologies of the system were discussed in detail.Based on the simulation results,ideas and solutions for the optimization of the operating system process were proposed.The improved system sorting efficiency increased by 15%.Through on-site installation and debugging,the fully automatic special-shaped tobacco sorting line has good operating performance,fulfilling the requirements for the special-shaped tobacco full-automatic sorting line.
