摘要
为研究推力圆柱滚子轴承工作过程的热行为,以81107-TN推力圆柱滚子轴承为研究对象,通过APDL编程建立了“滚道-滚动体-保持架”系统的有限元模型。然后采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模块进行了干摩擦条件下的热力耦合分析,并进行了试验验证。研究结果发现,轴承“滚道-滚动体-保持架”系统在干磨过程的接触表面等效应力和温度分布规律与试验后得到的滚动轴承滚道表面状态基本吻合。
To reveal the thermal behavior during the operating process of thrust cylindrical roller bearings,a finite element model of the"raceway-rolling-body-retainer"system was established through APDL programming for 81107-TN roller bearings.Then the thermal-mechanical coupling analysis under dry friction condition was carried out by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA module,and performs experimental verification.The research results show that the equivalent stress and temperature distribution of the contact surface of the bearing"raceway-rolling body-retainer"system during the dry friction process is basically consistent with the surface condition of the rolling bearing raceway after the experiment.
