摘要
机械结构误差是影响无碳小车运行轨迹的主要因素。因其误差有一定的随机性,较传统机械误差分析困难,目前对此尚无比较完善的研究分析。由小车的机械结构和运动方程,分析归纳出具有随机分布特点的几种典型误差,通过对小车理论轨迹和具有各种随机误差的轨迹进行仿真计算分析,找出了影响最大的两种随机误差。并对其中一种随机误差进行了实验,验证了仿真计算的正确性。研究结果可为无碳小车的制造提供优化方向,对同类无碳小车的制造、调试及轨迹分析均有指导作用。
Mechanical structure error is the main factor which affects the running track of carbon-free car.Because of the randomness of the error,it is more difficult to study than other normal mechanical error.Up to now,there is no complete research on it.Based on the mechanical structure and motion equations of carbon-free car,several random errors are analyzed and summarized.By simulating the theoretical trajectories of carbon-free car and factual trajectories of carbon-free car with various random errors,the two random errors which have the greatest influence on the running track of carbon-free car are found out.The correctness of the simulation is proved by experiments.The research results in this paper can provide an optimization direction for the manufacture of carbon-free cars.And it can guide the manufacture,debugging and track analysis of similar carbon-free cars.
