环形油腔静压轴承流场及承载性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 大型环型油腔在大功率静压轴承领域有广泛的应用,深入了解油腔结构参数对其承载能力的影响对指导轴承设计具有重要的意义。为研究大型环形油腔内部压力分布规律,采用fluent软件分析了环形油腔静压轴承的油膜厚度与轴承结构参数对油膜压力分布与轴承承载能力的影响。结果表明:轴承承载力随油膜厚度的增加而减小,主轴旋转情况、油腔深度对环形油腔静压轴承的承载性能影响不大;当油膜厚度较小时,承载力随油腔宽度的增大而减小,而当油膜厚度较大时,承载力基本不受油腔宽度的影响。 Large size annular cavities are widely used in large hydrostatic bearing,and it is very important for the design of hydrostatic bearing to know about the influences of parameters of annular cavity on its load-bearing properties.For the further understanding of the internal pressure distribution and load-bearing performance of large size hydrostatic bearing.we studied the influence of rotational speed,oil cavity depth,oil film thickness and oil ring width on the performance of the hydrostatic thrust bearing by using the fluent software,and also carried out the further analysis of bearing parameters on its pressure distribution and carrying capacity.The research results show that,the carrying capacity of hydrostatic bearing increases with the decease of oil thickness,and it changes little with the variety of cavity depth and Spindle rotation whenever oil thickness is big or small,while carrying capacity decreases with the increasing of oil ring width only when the oil thickness is very small.
