摘要
阐述一种基于微带传输线的C波段宽带、低损耗一分六功分器设计。由于一分六功分器可以通过一分二和一分三功分器级联实现,因此首先对一分二和一分三功分器进行仿真设计优化,设计完成后进行级联整体仿真优化,最终设计实现4-8GHz频率范围内插入损耗小于8.5dB,驻波比小于1.5,隔离度>17dB等指标。
This paper introduces the design of a C bond wideband,low-loss one-to-six power divider based on microstrip line.Since the one-to-six power divider can be realized by cascading oneto-two and one-to-three power dividers,this paper firstly simulates the design of the one-to-two and one-to-three power dividers,and then conducts the cascaded overall simulation optimization.The final design operates from 4 to 8 GHz with 8.5dB insertion loss,typical performance of VSWR<1.5,and the output port isolations are more than 17 dB.
