摘要
阐述一种高稳定性的电源管理芯片设计方法,温控与过热控制分析,基于设计原理与电路设计进行仿真验证。结果表明:芯片的温度检测超过区间范围,会输出低电平关断芯片的功能电路。
This paper describes a high stability power management chip design method, temperature control and overheat control analysis, and simulation verification based on design principle and circuit design. The results show that if the temperature detection of the chip exceeds the range, the low-level output will turn off the functional circuit of the chip.
