基于ADP32F035的1.5kW高效率LLC谐振变换器设计

摘要 阐述DC/DC数字电源的设计,输入电压为270V供电平台,经过隔离变换得到28V输出,产品实现了100%国产化设计。电源应用于分布式供电系统,采用有钳位二极管的半桥LLC拓扑实现1.5kW功率输出,整机效率高达98%;选择ADP32F035实现数字控制,用户可通过上位机在线监控电源工作状态并调节输出电压。 This paper describes a DC/DC digital power supply platform with an input voltage of 270V, which output of 28V was obtained through isolation transformation. The product was 100% domestically designed. The power supply is applied to distributed power supply system, and the half-bridge LLC topology with clamping diodes is adopted to achieve 1.5k W power output, with the overall efficiency as high as 98%. ADP32F035 is selected to realize digital control. Users monitor the working state of power supply online and adjust the output voltage through the host computer.
