热网系统运行风险控制策略分析

摘要 阐述燃煤机组的对外供热参数调试、分析和经验积累,解决燃煤机组在正常、特殊以及异常运行方式下,依靠正确的控制策略,通过运行人员和热网调度人员对供热管网温度、压力、流量等参数及时、有效、精准的控制和调整,可以做到对外供热管网系统的安全、可靠运行,从而达运行质量要求。 This paper expounds the commissioning, analysis and experience accumulation of external heating parameters of coal-fired units, and solves the problem that under normal, special and abnormal operation modes of coal-fired units, relying on the correct control strategy, through the timely, effective and accurate control and adjustment of temperature, pressure, flow and other parameters of the heating pipe network by operators and heat network dispatchers, the safe and reliable operation of the external heating pipe network system can be achieved, so as to meet the requirements of operation quality.
