摘要
阐述机器人双机协调环境中运控系统遇到的困难,机器人的主机IO总线数量问题,双机环境下机器人的碰撞风险,探讨双机协调环境中运控系统设计,通过Socket的方式进行机器人之间的协作通信,通过安全区域确保机器人的安全作业。
This paper expounds the difficulties encountered by the operation control system in the robot dual computer coordination environment, the number of IO buses of the robot host, the collision risk of the robot in the dual computer environment, discusses the design of the operation control system in the dual computer coordination environment, carries out the cooperative communication between robots through the Socket, and ensures the safe operation of robots through the safe area.
