摘要
阐述了发电厂锅炉电除尘与除灰系统的主要构造与运行原理,电除尘与除灰系统运行时的异常效率。基于方案可行性与经济适用性,探讨提高电除尘与除灰系统运行效率的有效措施,从而实现发电厂重点能耗设备的节能减排改造,提高锅炉设备稳定运行的效率。
This paper expounds the main structure and operation principle of the electric dust removal and ash removal system of the boiler in the power plant, and the abnormal efficiency of the electric dust removal and ash removal system during operation. Based on the feasibility and economic applicability of the scheme, it discusses the effective measures to improve the operation efficiency of electrostatic precipitator and ash removal system, so as to realize the energy-saving and emission reduction transformation of key energy consumption equipment in power plants and improve the efficiency of stable operation of boiler equipment.
