This paper expounds the upper computer configuration of SCADA system, the communication between SCADA upper computer system and PLC, the configuration of bool quantity issued by upper computer, and the floating-point configuration issued by upper computer, and discusses the programming of synchronous on-off of potentiostat in SCADA system and the circuit design of synchronous on-off of potentiostat.
