摘要
选用旋蒸、破乳、柱色谱、制备薄层色谱等方法,对玄武岩连续纤维浸润剂配方中的成膜剂E210乳液进行破乳、分离和纯化后,选用FT-IR和1H NMR对样品E210-1、E210-2、E210-3、E210-4和E210-5进行了分析测试.通过分析测试和结构解析得知,成膜剂E210乳液有效成分为双酚A型环氧树脂,其平均聚合度为n=0.418,平均分子质量为459,环氧值为0.438 mol/100g.
After demulsification,separation and purification of the film forming agent E210 emulsion in the basalt continuous fiber sizing agent formula,the samples E210-1,E210-2,E210-3,E210-4 and E210-5 were analyzed and tested by FT-IR and 1H NMR.Stvuctuval anulysis showed that the active component of the film forming agent E210 emulsion was bisphenol A type epoxy resin,with an average polymerization degree of N=0.418,an average molecular weight of 459,and an epoxy value of 0.438 mol/100g.
