在巴蜀文化领域,章继肃是新时代四川高等书学建构之路的一个重要文化表征与历史精神.章继肃生前曾为四川文理学院(原达县师范高等专科学校)中文系主任,也是达州市书法家协会创始人,曾担任达州市书法家协会首任理事长(现称主席).他为推动川东文化发展与四川书法教育、书法研究、书法创作的发展做出了重要贡献.结合四川文理学院书法高等教育并涉及川东书法艺术发展,论述章继肃对推动四川地方文化发展和对四川高等书法教育的贡献,并追溯其书法文脉渊源,展望他在传承与弘扬巴蜀文化方面所做出的重要贡献,审视他在四川高等书法教育格局中的重要地位,以及在建构四川高等书学教育之路上,他本应具备的历史地位.

In the field of Bashu culture,Zhang Jisu is an important cultural representation and historical spirit in the construction of Sichuan advanced literature in the new era.Zhang Jisu was the Dean of Chinese Department of Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences(formerly Daxian Teacghers’ College),and also the founder of Dazhou Calligrapher’s Association.He served as the first chairman of Dazhou Calligrapher’s Association.He made great contributions to the development of eastern Sichuan culture,calligraphy education,calligraphy research and calligraphy creation in Sichuan.Combined with the Sichuan liberal arts college calligraphy development of higher education and involved in the calligraphy art,discusses Zhang Jisu to promote the development of local culture in Sichuan and the contribution to the Sichuan higher education of calligraphy,and trace its context of calligraphy origin,looking him in the inheritance and carry forward the Bashu culture made the important contribution,look at his important position in the structure of higher education of calligraphy in Sichuan,and the historical position he should have on the way of constructing the higher education of books in Sichuan.
