新时代提升地方高校民主党派基层支部“组织活力”研究——以四川文理学院为例

Research on the Improvement of the “Organizational Vitality” of Grassroots Branches of Democratic Parties in Local Universities in the New Era

切实加强高校民主党派基层组织建设、进而促进民主党派成员整体素质的全面提升,对于发展和巩固中国的特色政治制度和政党制度,对于推动高校的自身建设和特色发展,在新时代都具有重要战略意义.调查分析了四川文理学院民主党派支部近年来组织建设和工作开展所取得的成绩以及不足,提出了加强政治引领,进一步提高民主党派成员的政治站位和革命自觉性;加强理论学习和研究,不断提高和增强民主党派成员的“五种能力”和“四种意识”;加强班子建设,在实践中尽快培养一批各党派的优秀代表人物;加强党对统战工作的领导,进一步支持民主党派支部加强自身建设等四条建议.

It is of great strategic significance for the development and consolidation of China’s characteristic political system and party system,as well as for the self-construction and characteristic development of universities and colleges in the new era to strengthen the construction of grassroots organizations of democratic parties in universities and colleges and promote the overall quality of members of democratic parties.Based on the investigation and analysis of the achievements and shortcomings of the organization construction and work of the branch of the Democratic Party in Sichuan University of Arts and Science in recent years,it is proposed to strengthen political guidance and further improve the political position and revolutionary consciousness of the members of the Democratic Party.Strengthen theoretical study and research,and constantly improve and enhance the members of the democratic parties’ “five abilities”and“four kinds of consciousness”;strengthen the construction of leading bodies,in practice as soon as possible to train a number of outstanding representatives of all parties;strengthen the Party’s leadership over the United Front work and further supporting the branches of the democratic parties in strengthening their own development.
