地方高校数学与应用数学专业复合型人才培养模式探究——以四川文理学院为例

Compound Talent Training Mode for Mathematics and Applied Mathematics in Local Colleges:Take Sichuan University of Arts and Sciences as an Example

针对人才培养这一核心问题,在地方高校高素质复合型人才培养目标的办学指导下,对数学与应用数学专业进行复合型人才培养模式的探究与实践.结合专业特点,通过“一课组一技能”的打造,分类别培养数学教师技能扎实化、专业知识学习深入化、数学创新能力提升化、知识应用能力拓宽化的多元复合型人才.

In view of the problem of personnel training,under the guidance of the training goal of high-quality compound talents in local colleges,this paper discussed the training mode of compound talents in mathematics and applied mathematics.Through the creation of“one class,one skill”and combined with professional characteristics,we could cultivate diversified and compound talents with solid skills,in-depth professional knowledge learning,improved mathematical innovation ability and broadened knowledge application ability.
