悖论困境下青少年“劳动认同”培育探析

摘要 劳动认同是促进青少年劳动教育的重要驱动力.劳动认同存在悖论性困境,即社会劳动认同与个人劳动认同之间的矛盾是制约青少年劳动教育的关键.当前,社会劳动认同异化导致个人劳动认同异化,究其原因,与传统文化、社会风气、家校教育有着直接关系.悖论性语境下,要从制度、学校和个人三个层面重新培养个人劳动认同,进而实现社会劳动认同的复归. Labor identity is an important driving force to promote youth labor education.There is a paradox in labor identity,that is,the contradiction between social labor identity and individual labor identity is the key to restricting youth labor education.At present,the alienation of social labor identity leads to the alienation of individual labor identity.The reason is directly related to traditional culture,social atmosphere and home school education.In the paradoxical context,we should re cultivate personal labor identity from the three levels of system,school and individual,so as to realize the return of social labor identity.
