President Xi's Visit to Central Asia Guides Course for SCO Cooperation In a packed schedule from September 14 to 16, Chinese President Xi Jinping visited Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan and attended the 22 nd meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO) in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. During the period, President Xi attended nearly 30 events, featuring both multilateral and bilateral agendas, and covering both security and development issues.
