摘要
汽车故障是指汽车系统、总成、部件或者总体失去运行功能的现象,汽车故障诊断技术是指在不对汽车进行拆解(或者仅拆下个别零部件)的情况下,对汽车的技术状况、故障位置和故障原因进行诊断的一种汽车应用技术。汽车故障诊断技术主要是基于人工诊断和仪器诊断,人工诊断主要依赖于工作人员的实践经验与知识,借助简单的工具进行检查与分析,仪器诊断主要是利用专业仪器对汽车、总成等进行检测,判断汽车各个部件的技术状况、故障判断提供定量依据。在实际应用中,需要借助两种方法同时进行汽车故障判断与分析。通过详细阐述与分析两种汽车故障诊断技术在汽车维修教学中的应用与发展现状,提出了目前汽车故障诊断教学中存在的问题与未来改善方向,研究结果以期为提升汽车故障诊断技术与教学效率提供技术参考与借鉴。
Automobile failure refers to the phenomenon that the automobile system,assembly,component or overall loses the operation function of Guido.Automobile failure diagnosis technology refers to an automobile application technology that diagnoses the technical condition,fault location and cause of failure of the automobile without disassembling the automobile(or only removing individual parts).Manual diagnosis mainly relies on the practical experience and knowledge of the staff to check and analyze with the help of simple tools,while instrumental diagnosis mainly uses professional instruments to test the car,assemblies,etc.to judge the technical condition of each part of the car and provide quantitative basis for fault judgment.In practical application,it is necessary to judge and analyze automobile faults with the help of two methods at the same time.Throughpat analyzes the application and development status of two kinds of auto fault diagnosis techniques in auto maintenance teaching by elaborating them,and puts forward the existing problems and future improvement directions in auto fault diagnosis teaching,and the research results are intended to provide technical reference and reference for improving auto fault diagnosis techniques and teaching efficiency.
