摘要 本文运用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、帕累托法、比较分析法等,探究我国第11-14届全运会优秀短跨运动员的区域分布特征。结果表明:我国优秀短跨运动员受地理环境、经济水平、传统文化、人口基数、社会发展大环境等内外特质性因素的影响,区域分布状况呈现“两极分化严重”“上下交替变化”的显著非均衡性分布态势。建议:制订区域短跨项目发展总体目标,促进区域优秀短跨运动员可持续发展、内外交流结合,政府和市场双重调控、充实优秀短跨项目人才队伍,加强各区域间交流学习。以此为推动构建我国体育强国战略、选拔优秀短跨项目人才提供参考,进而为我国短跨项目备战世锦赛、奥运会打下坚实基础。 We explored the regional distribution characteristics of excellent sprinters and hurdlers from the 11th to the 14th National Games by literature review,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,Pareto method and comparative analysis and gave recommendations.Findings are that the regional distribution of our elite sprinters and hurdlers shows a significant non-equilibrium distribution trend of“sharp polarization”and“alternation of upper and lower”due to internal and external factors such as geographical environment,economic level,traditional culture,population base and the a broader social context.Furthermore,the paper proposes specific measures as follows:setting a general goal of regional sprinting and hurdling events,helping the sustainable development of regional elite sprinters and hurdlers by more internal and external exchanges,government-and-market dual regulation,building a team of outstanding sprinting and hurdling talents,strengthening of cross-region exchanges and learning.The aim of the paper is to provide a reference work and a theoretical basis in support of the sports power strategy and for the selection of outstanding sprinting and hurdling talents,helping Chinese sprinters and hurdlers to make it to the World Athletics Championships and the Olympic Games.
