A Comparative Study of the Techniques of Outside Hitters of the Top Four Teams of the 2020-2021 Chinese Women’s Volleyball Super League

本文运用录像观察法等对2020-2021中国女排超级联赛前四强主攻队员技术进行研究,分别从扣球、发球、拦网、接发球、防守等方面剖析前四强主攻队员技术,归纳优势和不足,旨在为今后的训练和主攻队员的选拔提供参考。结论如下:①从扣球技术看,扣球成功率较高,最高为46.81%,最低为34.58%,扣球失误率最低为0%,最高为7.89%。②从发球技术看,发球得分率最高为26.67%,最低为0%,失误率最高为17.07%,最低为0%,较多采用跳飘、站飘的发球技术。③从拦网技术看,拦网得分率最高为37.50%,最低为0%,失误率最高的是33.33%,最低为0%,拦网意识的判断和正确的拦网手型更是重要的因素,准备不充分是造成拦网失误的原因。④从接发球技术看,接发球到位率最高为86.11%,最低为51.92%,失误率最高为20.61%,最低为5.56%,一传到位率越高反映对方发球的攻击性越低。⑤从防守技术看,主攻队员防守到位率最高为46.43%,最低为21.74%,失误率最高为55.10%,最低为22.92%,失误率普遍较高。

Video observation and other methods were used to study the techniques of the outside hitters of the top four teams in the 2020-2021 Chinese Women’s Volleyball Super League.The outside hitters were analyzed of their techniques of spiking,serving,blocking,receiving and defending.The study aims to find out their strengths and weaknesses and to provide reference for future training and selection of outside hitters.We arrived at the following conclusions:(a)With regard to spiking techniques,the highest and lowest spike success rates are 46.81%and 34.58%,respectively;the lowest and highest spike error rates are 0%and 7.89%,respectively.(b)In respect of serving techniques,the highest and lowest serve scoring rates are 26.67%and 0%,respectively;the highest and lowest serve error rates are 17.07%and 0%,respectively.Jump floater and standing floater were served the most.(c)As regards blocking techniques,the highest and lowest block scoring rates are 37.50%and 0%,respectively;the highest and lowest block error rates are 33.33%and 0%,respectively.The judgment at blocking and proper block hand shape are more important factors,and inadequate preparation is the cause of block errors.(d)As regards receiving techniques,the highest and lowest receive success rates are 86.11%and 51.92%,respectively;the highest and lowest receive error rates are 20.61%and 5.56%,respectively.The higher the receive and pass rate is,the less powerful the opponent’s service is.(e)As for defensive techniques,the highest and lowest rates of the outside hitters’defense are 46.43%and 21.74%,respectively;the highest and lowest error rates are 55.10%and 22.92%,respectively.The overall error rate is rather high.
