卧推聚组训练对青年健身爱好者上肢肌力与肌肥大效应的影响研究

A Study of the Effect of Bench Press Group Training on Upper Limb Muscle Strength and Muscle Hypertrophy of Young Fitness Enthusiasts

摘要 目的:探究聚组训练和传统训练模式对上肢肌力和肌肥大效应影响的差异性。方法:采用文献资料法、实验法等方法,选取24名男性健身爱好者,将其分为A组(聚组抗阻训练)和B组(传统抗阻训练),收集实验前、实验中(4周)和实验后(8周)卧推1RM的重量和骨骼肌含量,并进行数据分析。结果与结论:实验后两组卧推1RM成绩和骨骼肌含量均有显著性提高,A组卧推1RM重量和骨骼肌含量进步幅度均大于B组。结论:A组卧推1RM重量和骨骼肌进步幅度均大于B组,可能与采用70%强度1RM负荷强度和组内安排30s短间歇、降低了II型肌纤维疲劳感、从而导致肌肉力量的提高有关。 OBJECTIVE:The aim of the present study is to explore the differences in the effects of cluster training and traditional training on upper limb muscle strength and muscle hypertrophy.METHOD:By using the methods of literature review and experiments,24 male fitness enthusiasts were selected and divided into group A(group resistance training)and group B(traditional resistance training).Data of bench press 1RM weight and skeletal muscle content before the experiment,during the experiment(4 weeks)and after the experiment(8 weeks)were collected and analyzed.RESULT:After the experiment,the bench press 1RM performance and skeletal muscle content of the two groups were significantly improved,and the bench press 1RM weight and skeletal muscle content of group A increased more than those of group B.CONCLUSION:The bench press 1RM weight and skeletal muscle progress in group A were greater than those in group B.It may be related to the use of 70%intensity 1RM load intensity and 30 s short intervals in the group,which reduced the fatigue of type II muscle fibers,thus leading to the improvement of muscle strength.
