师范专业认证视角下体育师范生“践行师德”评价指标体系构建研究 被引量:2

A Study of Development of Assessment Indicators of“Practice of Educator’s Code of Ethics”of Teachers’College Student in Physical Education for Professional Teacher Certification

摘要 本文运用文献资料法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法等研究方法,将国家颁布的各类相关师德建设的文件和专家学者的观点作为参考依据,运用扎根理论以Nvivo12.0质性研究工具构建出初步的体育师范生践行师德评价指标体系。通过三轮专家问卷调查优化,最终确立评价指标体系包括师德规范和教育情怀2个一级指标,以及政治立场、爱岗敬业、关爱学生、教书育人、学高为师、奉献社会、身为正范和遵纪守法等18个二级指标,并采用因子分析法分析出各指标的权重。 This study aims to develop Assessment Indicators of“Practice of Educator’s Code of Ethics”of teachers’college student in physical education by literature review,Delphi method,questionnaire survey and other research methods.The study refers to the state official documents as with regards to educator’s ethics and the opinions of experts and scholars and applies grounded theory and the qualitative research tool Nvivo12.0.The Assessment Indicators were optimized after three rounds of expert survey questionnaires.The final Assessment Indicators include 2 level-1 indicators:teacher ethics and educational sentiment,and 18 level-2 indicators such as political stance,devotion to work,caring for students,teaching and educating people,higher knowledge level,contributing to the society,being a role model,and observing discipline and obeying laws.Each indicator is given a weight by a factor analysis.
