摘要
目的:研究消防员群体功能性动作筛查的应用情况。方法;采用实验测试法与统计分析法对随机抽取的21名消防员进行FMS功能性动作筛查的测试,利用标准差与独立样本t检验等方式对结果进行分析。结果:消防员FMS评分最高为19分,大部分消防员的评分集中在11-15分之间;消防员左右两侧存在明显的差别如:跨栏步、直线弓箭步以及肩部灵活性(p<0.05),主动直腿上抬虽有区别,但p>0.05表明左右两侧没有明显的区别;消防员的受伤部位主要是膝关节(43%)、腰部(29%)以及肩关节(19%)的损伤。结论:FMS功能性动作筛查可应用于消防员群体的日常训练中,需重点关注14分以下易受伤的人群以及左右两侧存在明显差异的人群,建立功能性身体纠正策略,强化消防员的关节灵活性与稳定性,可以有效降低消防员损失风险,从而提高消防队员的即战力,更好地保障人民的生活。
OBJECTIVE:The paper presents a study of the application of group Functional Movement Screen(FMS)in firefighters.METHOD:The study used experimental testing and statistical analysis.Randomly selected 21 firefighters undergone FMS test.And the results were analyzed by means of standard deviation and independent sample t-test.RESULTS:The highest FMS score of firefighters was 19,and the scores of most firefighters were in the range from 11 to 15;There are obvious differences between the left and right body sides of firefighters,such as hurdle step,in-line lunge and shoulder mobility(P<0.05).Regardless of the difference in active straight-leg raise,P>0.05 indicates that there is no obvious difference between left and right body sides.Firefighters suffer injuries mainly at knee joint(43%),waist(29%)and shoulder joint(19%).CONCLUSION:FMS can be applied to the daily training of firefighters.It is necessary to focus on the vulnerable population with a score under 14 and the population with obvious differences between the left and right body sides.It is recommended to establish functional body correction strategies and strengthen joints mobility and stability of firefighters to effectively reduce the risk of firefighters’loss,so as to improve the real-time combat effectiveness of firefighters and better protection of people’s lives.
