摘要
为了探究球缺曲率半径、装药长径比、壳体厚度对球缺排列的轴向聚焦式预制破片战斗部破片平均飞散角的影响规律,运用LS-DYNA软件对聚焦式破片战斗部的成型过程进行数值模拟。结果表明:破片平均飞散角随着球缺曲率的增大,先减小后增大;随着壳体厚度的增大,先减少后基本趋于稳定;随着装药长径比的增大,先减小后增大。以破片平均飞散角作为考察指标,利用正交设计的方法,对影响破片平均飞散角因素的主次关系进行了分析。结果表明:球缺曲率半径影响最大,壳体厚度次之,装药长径比影响最小,并得到了3种因素水平的最优组合。
In order to explore the influence of three factors,including the radius of ball missing curvature,length-diameter ratio of charge and shell thickness,on the average fragment Angle of axial focused prefabricated fragment warhead with ball missing arrangement,the numerical simulation of fragment warhead was carried out by using LS-DYNA software.The results show that the average fragment scatter angle decreases first and then increases with the increase of the ball missing curvature and the length-diameter ratio of charge.With the increase of shell thickness,it firstly decreases and then tends to be basically stable.Using the orthogonal design method,the primary and secondary relations of three factors affecting the average dispersive angle of fragments are analyzed.The results show that the spherical curvature radius has the greatest influence,followed by the shell thickness,and the length-diameter ratio has the least influence.The optimal combination of the three factors is obtained.
