摘要
随着国家对孤残儿童受教育权利的重视,儿童福利机构也成为特殊教育工作的新阵地。各地因地制宜,积极作为,在特殊教育实践中取得了可喜的成绩。但是儿童福利机构特殊教育在蓬勃发展的同时也面临着师资稳定性差,教学实践不成体系和发展不平衡的问题。本文深入分析现有基础和面临的新发展形势,提出发展路径建议:自办幼儿园,开展“反向”融合教育;实施“康教结合”,发挥多学科人员合作的优势;建设特教中心,推进社会化服务。
More and more attention has been paid to the right of orphaned and disabled children to receive education in our country, child welfare institutions have become a new front for special education work. All localities have made gratifying achievements in the practice of special education. However, it is also faced with the problems of poor stability of teachers,unsystematic teaching practice and unbalanced development. We analyzed the current situation and proposed the following suggestions: child welfare institutions can run their own kindergartens to carry out "reverse" integrated education;implement the "combination of rehabilitation and education", give full play to the advantages of multidisciplinary cooperation;build special education centers and promote socialized services.
