高职院校大数据技术专业“岗课赛证”融通探索

Exploration on the Integration of "Position, Course,Competition and Certificate" of Big Data Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

“岗课赛证”融通具有精准匹配岗位需求、多维培养专业技能、全面促进能力提升等重要意义,然而,在当前的高职大数据技术专业人才培养实践中,仍存在“课岗”不匹配,针对性不足,“课证”未同步,融合性不足,“课赛”相分离,创造性不足等问题。因此,在高职院校大数据技术专业课程建设中,应当进一步推动“课岗”融通、“课证”融通、“课赛”融通,从而构建高职大数据技术专业“岗课赛证”融通体系,以提升学生对岗位的认知、实操能力与创新能力。

"Position,course,competition and certificate"accommodation has the advantages of accurately matching position requirements,multi-dimensional training of professional skills and comprehensively promoting the ability improvement.However,in the current training practice of big data technology professionals in higher vocational colleges,it still has the problems of course-position mismatching and the lacking of pertinence;unsynchronized course and certificate,and the insufficient of integration;separated course and competition,and the lack of creativity.Therefore,in the course construction of big data technology major in higher vocational colleges,we should further promote the"course-position"accommodation,"course-certificate"accommodation and"course-competition"accommodation,so as to build the"position,course,competition and certificate"accommodation system of big data technology major in higher vocational colleges,improving students'cognition,practical operation ability and innovation ability.
