The Application of Project Teaching Method in Tourism Service and Management Specialty of Secondary Vocational School

项目教学法是设计并执行一种以学生为中心的项目教学和学习方法,从而提升学生的学习效果,广泛应用于职业技术教育。许多中职院校为提高教育质量及学生的社会核心竞争力,开始实施项目教学法。项目教学法能够弥补传统教学法的不足,激发学生的学习自主性,提升学生的实践水平。本研究通过介绍项目教学法的概念、特征、应用于旅游服务与管理专业的必要性,探索项目教学法在中职旅游服务与管理专业中的应用策略。

Project teaching method is to design and implement a student-centered project teaching and learning method,so as to improve the learning effect of students, which is widely used in vocational and technical education. In order to improve the quality of education and the social core competitiveness of students, many secondary vocational colleges have begun to implement the project teaching method. Project teaching method can make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching, stimulate learning autonomy and improve students’ practical level. By introducing the concept, characteristics and the necessity of applying the project-based teaching method to the major of tourism service and management, this study explores the application strategy of the project-based teaching method in the major of tourism service and management in secondary vocational schools.
