摘要
职业道德是指与体现在职业活动各主体之间的,与道德规范、职业性质相匹配的道德观念、道德情操和道德品质。新时代高校的劳动教育与职业道德教育之间,一本同源,关系密切,劳动理论教育是提升职业道德认知的主要途径。以劳动教育塑造旅游专业学生的职业道德,可以通过四种方式:一是注重劳动教育课程体系建设,加强课程思政作用,强化学生的职业道德意识;二是注重劳动教育与专业实训课程相融合,发挥专业协同育人效应,强化学生的职业道德自觉;三是注重校园文化熏陶,提升多维度能力,强化职业道德氛围;四是注重政行校企四方联动,落实工学结合成果,强化学生的职业道德践行。
Professional ethics refers to the moral concept, moral sentiment and moral quality matched with the professional nature reflected in the professional activities. Labor education and professional ethics education in colleges in the new era are of the same origin and closely related. Labor theory education is the main way to improve the cognition of professional ethics. There are four ways to shape the professional ethics of tourism major students by labor education: Firstly,pay attention to the establishment of the curriculum system of labor education to strengthen the ideological and political function as well as to strengthen students’ awareness;Secondly, integrate the labor education and professional training courses in order to give full play to the collaborative effect of professional education and to strengthen professional ethics consciousness;Thirdly, pay attention to the edification of campus culture to enhance students’ multi-dimensional ability and build the atmosphere of professional ethics;Fourthly, interact between government, industry, college and enterprise to implement achievements in integrating study with work, and strengthen the practice of professional ethics.
