摘要
轻薄板墙具有质量轻、成本低、防火性能好等优点,因此在建造行业的使用率逐渐增高。为了提升轻薄板墙的隔声性能,选用岩棉材料作为墙板中的填充吸声材料,增强墙体的隔声效果。通过评估岩棉材料隔音性能有效提高墙体的隔声量,因此提出一种基于声学有限元法的岩棉材料隔音性能评估方法。根据板墙隔音表征范围,设定岩棉材料隔音评估表征目标。利用声学有限元法建立复合隔音性能评估模型,采用层状EVA法实现岩棉材料的性能评估。测试结果表明,岩棉材料隔音性能较好,在不同板材层数、板材厚度中都具有较高的隔声量且声学有限元法,可以有效地获取岩棉材料隔音效果完成隔音性能评估测试。
Thin board wall has the advantages of light weight,low cost and good fire performance,so its utilization rate in the construction industry is gradually increasing.In order to improve the sound insulation performance of thin board wall,rock wool material was selected as the filling sound-absorbing material in the board wall to enhance the sound insulation effect of the wall.By evaluating the sound insulation performance of rock wool material,the sound insulation quantity of the wall can be effectively improved.Therefore,this paper proposed an evaluation method of sound insulation performance of rock wool material based on acoustic finite element method.According to the representation range of board wall sound insulation,the representation objective of rock wool material sound insulation evaluation was set.The acoustic finite element method was used to establish the evaluation model of composite sound insulation performance,and the layered EVA method was used to evaluate the performance of rock wool material.The test results show that the rock wool material has good sound insulation performance,and has relatively high sound insulation quantity in different plate layers and plate thickness.The acoustic finite element method can effectively obtain the sound insulation effect of rock wool material and complete the sound insulation performance evaluation test.
