PEDOT:PSS/MWCNTs薄膜复合热电材料的制备与性能研究

摘要 以低热导率的滤纸为载体,采用物理旋涂方法制PEDOT:PSS/MWCNTs纳米复合薄膜热电材料。实验研究了涂层数目对复合材料热电性能的影响,探究微观结构与热电性能的关系。研究发现MWCNTs在PEDOT:PSS中分散均匀且有良好的界面作用;室温条件下,复合材料热导率较低。随着涂层数的增加,电导率先增加后降低,在涂层数目为3层时,复合材料室温下的ZT值最大,热电性能最佳。 The PEDOT:PSS/MWCNTs filter composite films were prepared successfully with different qualities of MWCNTs mixed in PEDOT:PSS solution by ultrasonic and cast on the filter paper that has low thermal conductivity.The influence of different layer numbers on the properties of composite materials,and the relationship between microscopic structure and thermoelectric properties were researched.The results show that MWCNTs are uniformly dispersed in the PEDOT:PSS composite and composited well together with PEDOT:PSS.The thermal conductivity at room temperature of composite is very low,as the number of coatings increases,the electric conductivity increases first and then decreases,the ZT value of the composite material with 3 layers is the best at room temperature.
