Analysis on the Structure of Vocationalability of Trade and Tourism Service Industry under the Background of Industrial Upgrading——Analysis based on NVivo

围绕数字经济快速发展背景下的商贸旅游类服务业岗位需求状况,重点对此类企业面向技术技能人才设置的岗位、岗位职业能力要求进行调研和分析,并借助NVivo软件,按照布鲁姆教育目标分类法的框架,进行了职业能力的编码和结构层次的分析与描述。通过把脉企业岗位能力要求状况,捕捉产业升级带来的职业能力变迁与发展趋势,为职业院校相关专业人才培养提供基本依据。

According to the post demand of the trade and tourism service industry under the background of the rapid development of the digital economy, this paper focuses on the investigation and analysis of the post and post vocational ability requirements set up by such enterprises for technical and skilled talents.With the help of NVivo, according to the framework of Bloom’s classification of educational objectives, the coding and structural level of vocational ability are analyzed and described.By monitoring the status of post capacity requirements of enterprises, we can capture the changes and development trend of professional capacity brought by industrial upgrading, and provide basis for talent training of related majors in vocational colleges.
