民族地区县域小学教师教学共同体的构建

摘要 城乡教育二元差别一直是民族地区基础教育改革的重点关注点,也是乡村教育振兴的关键所在。本研究旨在通过对“共同体”“教学共同体”和“教师教学共同体”的分析,探讨民族地区县域小学教师教学共同体的共同基础和构建策略,探索民族地区县域小学教师专业发展的新模式,为民族地区县域教育振兴提供参考。 The binary difference between urban and rural education has always been the focus of basic education reform in minority concentrated regions and the key to the revitalization of rural education.Through the analysis of“community”,“teaching community”and“teacher teaching community”,this research tends to discuss the common foundation and construction strategy of teaching community of county primary school teachers in minority concentrated regions and explores a new model for the professional development of county primary school teachers in minority concentrated regions so as to provide a reference for the revitalization of county education in minority concentrated regions.
