Application of Internet in Diagnosis and Treatment

本文从总体架构、基础支撑、安全架构共3个方面阐述了互联网诊疗的信息化建设,在互联网咨询、互联网复诊、互联网诊疗管理、电子凭证、信用支付、电子票据共6个方面体现了互联网诊疗的应用。“互联网+医疗”的新型医疗模式将现代新互联网技术与传统医疗体系相结合,为患者在“看病难”的社会背景下就医提供了新的思路和方法。移动医疗技术和就诊流程有机结合,形成线上线下一体化的医疗服务体系,为患者提供更加多样化和个性化的医疗服务。通过开展互联网诊疗业务,减少患者交叉感染风险,提升患者就医体验,让患者享有更便捷、更智能、更高效的就医服务。医师进一步提高了工作效率,医院实现了提质增效。

This paper expounds on the informatization construction of Internet diagnosis and treatment from three aspects: overall architecture, shoring of foundation and security architecture, and embodies the application of Internet diagnosis and treatment in six aspects: Internet consultation, Internet return visit, Internet diagnosis,treatment management, electronic voucher, credit payment and electronic bill. The new medical pattern of "Internet + Medical treatment" combines modern new Internet technology with the traditional medical system, providing new ideas and methods for patients to seek medical treatment in the social background of "difficult to see a doctor".Mobile medical technology and the medical treatment process are organically combined to form an online and offline integrated medical service system, providing patients with more diversified and personalized medical services.Through Internet diagnosis and treatment services, patients can reduce the risk of cross-infection, improve their medical experience, and enjoy more convenient, intelligent and efficient medical services. Doctors have further improved their work efficiency, and the hospital has achieved quality and efficiency improvement.
