摘要
目的 讨论网络课程结合线下PBL在胸外科教学中应有的可行性,提高胸外科临床教学的教学质量。方法 将2018度入科接受胸外科学习的本科医学生(36名)及2019年度本科医学生(42名)分为对照组及实验组。其中对照组采取常规教学方式,实验组采取网络课程并结合线下PBL教学方式。两组进行统一的出科考核和出科问卷调查反馈。结果 实验组在出科考核成绩(90.25±2.18)明显优于对照组(86.43±5.02)有统计学意义(P=0.000)。同时问卷调查评分显示实验组在学习兴趣(4.14±0.81)与对照组(3.61±0.87)、理论联系实际能力实验组(4.26±0.73)与对照组(3.08±0.64)、医患沟通能力实验组(4.23±0.66)与对照组(3.36±0.87)、临床思维能力实验组(4.35±0.66)与对照组(3.476±0.94)及综合评价实验组(4.24±0.69)与对照组(3.41±0.55)差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 网络课程结合线下PBL教学,为胸外科教学提供了更加全面和高效的教学方式,开拓了医学生的临床思维能力及各项综合素质。在医学生教学中有着重要的应用价值。
Objectives To discuss the feasibility of online courses combined with offline PBL teaching in medical students’ thoracic surgery learning,and improve the teaching quality of thoracic surgery clinical teaching. Methods The undergraduate medical students(36) who were admitted to the department of thoracic surgery in 2018 and the 2019 undergraduate medical students(42) were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group adopted conventional teaching methods, and the experimental group adopted online courses combined with offline PBL teaching methods. The two groups conducted a unified examination and feedback on the questionnaire.Results The experimental group had a statistically significant difference(P=0.000), in the examination results of the subjects(90.25±2.18) than the control group(86.43±5.02). At the same time, the questionnaire survey score showed that the experimental group’s interest in learning(4.14±0.81) compared with the control group(3.61±0.87), combining theory with practice ability experimental group(4.26±0.73) compared with the control group(3.08±0.64), doctor-patient communication ability experimental group(4.23±0.66) compared with the control group(3.36±0.87), clinical thinking ability experimental group(4.35±0.66) compared with the control group(3.476±0.94), comprehensive evaluation experimental group(4.24±0.69) compared with the control group(3.41±0.55), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusions The online course combined with offline PBL teaching could provide a more comprehensive and efficient teaching method in thoracic surgery teaching, and develop the clinical thinking ability and various comprehensive qualities of medical students,which had important application value in the teaching of medical students.
