混元灸脐治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Hunyuan Moxibustion on Umbilicus in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的探讨混元灸脐对慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将2019年6月—2020年6月前来南昌市洪都中医院就诊的90例慢性盆腔炎患者纳入研究,按照随机数字表法分成2组。对照组45例给予非甾体抗炎药治疗,观察组45例在此基础上给予混元灸脐治疗,比较2组血液流变学指标、视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)、盆腔炎症状积分及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后2组患者红细胞比容、血浆黏度、全血低切还原黏度均低于治疗前,且观察组血液流变学指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后VAS评分和盆腔炎症状积分均下降,且观察组上述评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为91.1%(41/45),高于对照组的82.2%(37/45),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性盆腔炎患者而言,应用混元灸脐的疗效理想,可缓解炎症反应,减轻疼痛,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Hunyuan moxibustion on umbilicus in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Ninety patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who came to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were enrolled in the study,and were divided into two groups using a random data table method.45 cases in the control group were treated with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,and 45 cases in the observation group were treated with Hunyuan moxibustion on umbilicus.Hemorheological indexes,visual analog scale(VAS)scores,pelvic inflammatory symptoms scores and the total effective rate was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the specific volume of red blood cells,plasma viscosity and whole blood low-cut reduction viscosity of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the hemorheology indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and pelvic inflammatory shape score were decreased,and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.1%(41/45),which was higher than 82.2%(37/45)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,the application of Hunyuan moxibustion on the umbilicus has an ideal curative effect,which can relieve inflammation and relieve pain.It is worthy of clinical application.
